Hi all!I have the same issue from December 12.My Apple ID is new one, registered in December 2019.My colleague has a successful payment in December for developer program prolongation.I've also tried to make a payment using his credit card - cancelled.Does anyone have ideas to solve it?P.S. I am situated in Russia, may it be the reason? 🙂
